[Bae Jun-hyung] (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "Operator") establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy in order to protect the personal information of users and to handle related grievances promptly and smoothly.

The App processes personal information for the following purposes. The personal information processed will not be used for any purpose other than the following, and if the purpose of use changes, necessary measures such as obtaining separate consent will be implemented.

• Customer Inquiry Handling: Verifying user identity, confirming inquiry details, contacting/notifying for factual investigation, notifying processing results, etc.

• Required Items: This App can be used without membership registration. Data entered into the App by users (such as logs, memos, etc.) is stored only inside the user's device (locally) and is not collected by servers.
• Automatically Generated/Collected Items During Service Use: Device identifiers (UUID/ADID), OS version, App version, service usage records, crash/error logs (when using analytics tools such as Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, etc.).

3. Processing and Retention Period of Personal Information

• The Company processes and retains personal information within the retention/use period required by law or agreed upon when collecting personal information from the user.
• The specific processing and retention periods are as follows:
  • Until Account Deletion / Withdrawal: (Provided, if an investigation or inquiry related to a violation of relevant laws is ongoing, until the end of such investigation or inquiry)
  • Local Storage: Data stored on the device is deleted when the App is uninstalled.

The App processes users' personal information only within the scope specified in Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information), and provides personal information to third parties only with the user's consent or under special provisions of the law (such as Articles 17 and 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act).
